The Challenge

House of Vinterberg runs a bespoke tailoring business where every order can involve clients, fittings, fabric, production status, delivery dates, webshop data, inventory, pricing, and follow-up emails. With information spread across tools, it becomes hard to see what needs action, what is profitable, and what the team should do next.

Our Solution

We built a React and Supabase operating platform with role-based access, live dashboards, MTM order management, WooCommerce order handling, inventory, cost and price matrices, sales reporting, NetSuite syncs, Klaviyo flows, watchdog alerts, and a Claude-powered assistant that can answer questions about orders, stock, customers, suppliers, and sales.
