The Challenge

Comfort Housing manages property listings, tenant data, rent workflows, lease adjustments, owner communication, and chatbot answers across several systems. When one field changes, the right people and tools need the same updated answer without extra copy/paste or manual checking.

Our Solution

We built a Supabase automation layer with scheduled syncs, webhook handlers, audit logs, failure alerts, and client-facing email flows. Property data is pulled from the source systems, cleaned, sent to the operations board, used to update the AI knowledge base, and turned into the right notification when action is needed.
